We have extensive experience (since 2004) in the production of injection molds for screw caps and lids, stoppers and measuring cups, spoons and plugs. We produce caps such as flip-top, push pull, disk top and various screw caps in an assortment. Our closures are designed for neck standards DIN 28/410, 24/410, 18/410, Bericap, PCO 1881/1810, BPF and many others. In total, we have produced more than 400 injection molds for our own needs and at the request of our customers.
Our own workshop for metalworking and mold assembly allows us to not depend on third-party manufacturers and carry out manufacturing and repair work in the shortest possible time. And its own injection molding site, equipped with modern injection molding machines, provides a full production cycle in its own workshop with a guarantee of quality and deadlines: from designing and modeling a product on a 3D printer to serial casting of a batch.

Collaboration with the customer on technical specifications, drawings, mathematical models, 3D design and creation of a product mock-up are all integral and important stages before the production of a mold.

- optimal prices, for example, a cold channel mold of 12 slots for a threaded cap will cost approximately 6000, plus a guarantee for 2 million pieces of products, when placing the casting in our workshop;

- honest hardness of forming parts (tFOD) 48-56 HRC (Rockwell Hardness Scale C) - this is not surface nitriding, but complete hardening of parts (!), which gives a high service life and a guarantee of reliability;
- closure guarantee for our molds from 1,000,000 cycles. For example, for a mold with 8 cavities, this is a minimum of 8,000,000 products;
- When manufacturing and placing an injection mold in our workshop, you receive a lifetime warranty on it. Because we design and manufacture it ourselves FROM and TO!
The injection molding machine shop operates in 2 and 3 shifts, possibly seven days a week with increased casting volumes.

Packaging of finished products is possible: from ordinary polypropylene bags to five-layer corrugated boxes on stretch pallets.
